How we work
Five phases, in the order a house gets built.
Foundation, plan, build, launch, upkeep. Each phase ends with something you keep and a decision you make. You can start at phase one or join where you already are.
Phase 1 / Find the gaps
Data Collection & Audit
We map the tools, data and handoffs you already have — and where work leaks out.
What we need
- Logins or exports for the tools you use today
- A 45-minute walkthrough with the people doing the work
- Any reports you already look at
What we do
- Interview the people who touch each workflow
- Trace one lead or order end to end
- Check data sources for gaps and duplicates
What you get
- Current-state map of your tools, data sources and workflows
- Gap list: manual steps, duplicate entry and dropped leads, ranked by cost
- Data quality notes — what is missing, duplicated or out of date
Before we move on
You review the map and gap list before anything is planned.
Your part: Access to tools and one or two short calls.
Phase 2 / Choose the plan
Research & Strategy
We decide what is worth building, in what order, and what to leave alone.
What we need
- The audit map and gap list
- Your targets for the next 6–12 months
- Competitors or examples you rate
What we do
- Compare build, buy and automate options
- Pick tools that fit your stack and budget
- Draft scope and sequence
What you get
- Priorities ranked by effort and expected impact
- Customer and staff journey for the parts we will change
- Written scope with 2–3 KPIs, today’s baseline for each, and a fixed next step
Before we move on
You sign off the scope before any build starts.
Your part: One planning session and a decision on scope.
Phase 3 / Build and connect
White Label Solutions & Integration
We build it under your brand and connect it to the tools you already run.
What we need
- Approved scope
- Brand assets, content and accounts
- Test data
What we do
- Build in small, reviewable pieces
- Connect systems and test the handoffs
- Write the handover notes
What you get
- Tested website, web app or workflow — under your name
- Integrations with your CRM, helpdesk, marketplaces or spreadsheets
- Documentation and admin access, so you are not locked in to us
Before we move on
You test each piece in a preview before it goes live.
Your part: Feedback on previews and content sign-off.
Phase 4 / Put it to work
Sales Production & Execution
We launch the pages, listings, ads, chatbots and follow-ups that bring enquiries in.
What we need
- What you sell, to whom, and at what price
- Your sales and support team’s current scripts
- Channel and ad accounts, plus a monthly ad budget
What we do
- Publish every page, listing and ad, and check the tracking
- Switch on routing and follow-ups
- Train your team on the handoff
What you get
- Launch pages, marketplace listings and ad campaigns — Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok
- Chatbot and lead-routing flows with a clear human handoff
- Follow-up sequences and pipeline stages in your CRM
Before we move on
You sign off the launch against the targets set in phase 2.
Your part: Review the first results with us and answer handed-off leads.
Phase 5 / Keep it working
Optimization & Support
We stay on to watch what breaks, fix it, and improve what is working.
What we need
- Access to analytics and error logs
- Questions customers keep asking
What we do
- Fix failures and broken handoffs
- Report results against the phase 2 baseline
- Tune ads, chatbot answers and follow-ups; propose the next improvement
What you get
